Dear Sir/Madam,

In 2012, the Singapore Inter-Agency Taskforce on Trafficking in Persons (TIP) launched the National Plan of Action (2012-2015) to set strategic outcomes and implement plans to combat TIP. The key objectives of the National Plan of Action are to strengthen Singapore’s capabilities along the holistic 4 ‘P’s strategy:

a)     Prevention of TIP;

b)    Prosecution of offenders;

c)     Protection of TIP victims; and

d)    Partnerships with other countries, non-governmental organisations, academics and the private sector to combat TIP.

This year, the TIP Taskforce will be embarking on the next phase of anti-TIP efforts to adopt a National Approach Against TIP that moves away from specific initiatives towards broad outcomes. The Taskforce also aims to explore areas where it can work in partnership with stakeholders to co-create solutions.

The Taskforce would like to hear from you!

Join us in our public consultation session to know more about the proposed broad outcomes and share your thoughts with us.  We also want to hear your thoughts on how you and the Taskforce can work in partnership.
